Historia Shipping Policy
Effective June 2025 – applies to every order placed on shophistoria.com
1. Where We Ship
Historia currently delivers to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. territories. Restricting shipments to the United States helps us keep costs predictable and maintain our all-American supply chain.
2. Order Processing Time

Handling time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).

You’ll receive two emails: an immediate order confirmation and a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment partner.
3. Transit Time
Packages travel via Standard Ground through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 2 – 7 business days after the order leaves the warehouse. Remote areas and military addresses may require additional time.
4. Shipping Rates & Free-Shipping Threshold

Weight is based on the combined total of the items and protective packaging supplied by each artisan or warehouse.
5. Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking links activate within 24 hours of label creation.

If your order shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate it, first check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. Still missing after three business days? Email hello@shophistoria.com so we can start a trace.

For items damaged in transit, email photos of the packaging and product within seven days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Address Accuracy & Changes
Verify your shipping address at checkout. Packages that return due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. Need a change? Contact us within one hour of placing your order; once an item ships, we can’t reroute it.
7. Separately Shipped Items
Because our catalog is produced by multiple U.S. artisans, multi-item orders may ship in separate boxes. You’ll pay only the single shipping charge quoted at checkout (or none, if your order qualifies for free shipping).
8. Holiday & Weather Delays
Severe weather, natural disasters, or peak-season carrier backlogs can extend transit times. Any widespread delays will be announced in a banner on our site and on the Shipping Updates page.
9. Sustainability Commitment
We favor recyclable corrugate, FSC-certified paper, and biodegradable packing peanuts whenever possible. Shipping exclusively from U.S. locations keeps carbon miles lower than imported goods.
